- Do I pay for postage if I wish to make a return?
As we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective, in this case, we will cover the return postage. If your item/s meets the return criteria, please contact our customer service team at cherryontopcustomerservice@gmail.com for further instructions. Please note that we cannot accept returns for other reasons due to hygiene purposes.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at cherryontopcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we regret that we are unable to cancel it. If you have already received a dispatch notification, please refer to our return policy for assistance.
