Refund policy
All sales on all products are final for hygiene reasons. If your item/s are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service stating your name, order number, and a photo of the product/s. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return:
- If you have an account, please log in and follow the return instructions.
- If you don't have an account, simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at cherryontopcustomerservice@gmail.com
Return Shipping: If an item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
